Hi, my name is Katie and last year I quit my job and since then have been basically rebuilding my life and my goals since then. My life in every other way is great, but I have been putting on the pounds steadily since then. Before when I gained weight I would do very unhealthy things to lose the weight, and now that my life is going in the direction I want it to, I want to lose weight the right way. I just do not know how to go about doing it. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much, and I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day.
