How's your daily nutrition? Do you keep track of it on the nutrition tracker? maybe you aren't eating enough, that will cause you not to lose weight.

Hi All - I just hit the double nickel + 1 & would like to loose about 10 pounds. It is the last 10 pounds that seem to be the most difficult. I am walking and walking and walking, also doing some machine training at a local health club. Encouraging people there too. Any suggestions?
