Happy New Year Flipflops123!
My advice is to take baby steps, check out the nutritional tracker, this is a very useful tool. It really helps you keep a record of calories and nutritional value of the foods you are consuming. Also the fitness tracker will help with your exercise minutes. Try to check in on our team forum everyday for our group challenges, daily chats, question of the day or weekly weigh-ins!
Just drop me a spark mail if you have any questions or need some help. See you on the team forum!
You can do this...good luck!

Hello Flipflops123.

I have just sent you a SparkMail hoping to help you with this site. I know it can be very overwhelming at first, but with some patience, hopefully you will find the site as rewarding as I have.
