Welcome back Michelle!
You can start back with the group you joined at the beginning or join others. I'm part of several group/teams. They all keep me motivated in different ways and it adds fun to my life-style change. Just take a day or so and click around to familiarize yourself to the site. There are tons of outlets. I have my teams topics alert me of new subjects via email. My memory isn't so hot anymore so it helps keep me informed. If you have any other questions just ask. There are a lot of wonderful people on here willing to help out. Merry Christmas! d.

Hello, my name is Michelle. I started sp in October, but never followed through with it but I'm back now :) I know that I had joined a team back then....am I supposed to stay with that group/team? If so, how do I find out which one I joined? If not, I'm looking to start with a new group/team/challenge....don't really know how it all works yet. Don't know if this helps, but I'm 40. I've got 50lbs to lose. I like excercing once I'm at the gym, it's just a challenge to get there.
