Welcome to Sparks. I know working night shift is a hard one, especially when you get so busy you don't know when you can get a break.

I set up an eating schedule for my son when he was working nightshift from 8pm to 8:30 am.

When he woke up he had his breakfast, then left for work. at 10pm he had a fruit snack, between 12 and 1 am he had his lunch, at 3:am he had another fruit snack and between 5 and 6:am he was eating his supper meal, and had another snack when he got home before going to bed. Not sure if anything like this would help you or not.

I turned 50 years old this year and I feel like I've aged 10 years over the last year alone. My weight has ballooned to 150+ pounds and I really feel old for the first time in my life.

I am having trouble just getting started on the program. I'm a nurse and have worked 7pm to 7 am for 15 years. I am constantly flip-flopping from working nightshift to trying to live normally on my days off.

My eating and sleeping habits are all messed up and I don't know how to keep track of my food intake when I'm awake for 24 hours on some days and sleep 16 hours on others.

Does anyone else work nightshift and if so, do you have any tips?
