hi! i am excited but nervous to try yet another online weight loss program. i can admit that i have trouble keeping my attention on new projects. i love starting new things, but i have trouble finishing them (in most areas of life, not just weight loss). i've always enjoyed working out and exercising, but eating healthily has been a struggle for me for as long as i can remember. well, my unhealthy eating has finally caught up to me, and it's time to get healthy again! i've recently moved and therefore lost my gym. i know i don't need a gym to lose weight, but i've belonged to one for 13 years. i need to get accustomed to working out at home. i know it can be done. so i'm off to check out the website and all it has to offer.
