Hi my name is Kim,
I am 51 years old and have lost 30lbs. I have been on a plateau because of reverting back to poor eating habits. I started working out 6-7 times a week in January 2009 and have kept up that great habit. I walk in the summer outside and in the winter to Leslie Sansone DVDs. Two times a week I strength train with Jari Love DVDs. Because I have kept up my exercise I am able to wear my thin clothes. The problem for me is that I keep gaining and losing the same 6lbs, this summer I used food to reward myself for all the weight loss. I am looking for motivation and a new tool to help me lose my last few pounds and keep it off for life. I am very impressed with the SparkPeople website.
