At the top of your page is "My Tools", clik on that, then you look to far right and it will say "My Spark Page" clik on that.

Then you want to "Edit my Spark Page" (far right), clik on this and it will let you change anything on your Spark Page. Scroll down towards the bottom and you'll come to your "ticker" just follow the instructions.

Always make sure that you clik on SAVE MY CHANGES at the top or bottom of this page or any changes you have made won't work.

Hope this helps.....

Welcome to Sparks, I was diagnosed 20 years ago with Type 2 Diabetes due to my weight. Last blood work report my told told me I'm borderline, almost not diabetic, so it can be done.

Good luck to you on reaching your weight loss goals !

I am 24 and looking to be healthy again after being sick for over a month. I have not been able to work out in a few months and i am VERY eager to get started again. I currently work as an assistant pastry chef at gourmet restaurant/resort so i am on my feet all day and find it difficult to have the desire to workout after work. I'm looking for support to try and wake up very early (530am) so i can go to the gym and run before work. I love running- i just dont have a lot of time to do it. I am in culinary school and have a full time job- so i'm constantly busy. I hope to gain a lot of new information on this site and lots of support. Diabetes runs in my family and i refuse to let myself become another person diagnosed. I do not eat wheat/gluten due to an intolerance, so i am hoping this diet change will be conducive to my lifestyle. is anyone else here gluten intolerant? if so, i'd love to know how your diet is going! also- if anyone on here wants to help encourage me to wake up earlier, haha, that would be great.
Thanks! hope to speak with some of you soon!
