hi, welcome to spark i am disabled myself so i know how hard it it is to lose weight ut here with spark you learn about food and exercise that suits you and before you know it you are eating healthy and exercising when you can amd without realizingyou feel healthier you have more energy and you start losing weight,good luck on your journey

I'm a research scientist that does a fair bit of sitting in front of a computer. I used to be a runner in high school and I'm trying to make a concerted effort to run regularly as a lifestyle change. I'm excited about the tracking tools - the food finder seems particularly useful. I'm interested in the exercise tracking, and I'm curious to see how much I'm influenced by the motivational tools. I'm looking forward to meeting other team members!
