What is it you are looking for?

Do you use our Nutrition or Exercise tracker? Great tools for following your program with your daily food intake, which will tell you how many calories you've consumed and it breaks it down into the meal groups, carbs, protein, etc. You can also add anything to it you need to watch like sodium, fibre etc.

Fitness tracker will show you cardio minutes, calories burned, you can set it up for strength training, mine is set for Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.

Are you interested in joining teams with same interests as you? If so go to your "Community" tab and search there to find the various teams, and get tremendous support from others.

Just ask me what you are looking for so I can help you.

Hey, all. I'm new to SparkPeople (obviously) and am completely overwhelmed by how robust it is. So much information, I want to quit before I get started. Any suggestions on where to begin?
