I'm 45 and have struggled for a good part of my life with weight. I was obese as a child, slimmed down during teens, college and twenties but then gained back a good chunk of weight with and after two preganancies. It seems like AI've done nothing but diet, fall off the wagon, get back on for the past several years and I know this is terrible for my metabolism and weight. I'm ready to change - not looking for a quick fix but I am looking for a permanent one.
