Try using the Nutrition and Exercise trackers to keep track of what you are eating and calories burned with your workouts.

maybe you need to change up your calories, eat more fibre, etc. It is a great tool to help.

Also if you go to Community, and Spark Boards, you could find something that interests you, maybe bulimic team.

The name's Lulu and I'm a 21-year old girl currently living at her cousin's place.

I am 175 cm tall and I weigh 65 kg.
My goal is to lose 5 kg before December. Which is hard because I have some issues with food. I've been an on-off bulimic for the last 6 years which has made my stomach go crazy. Meaning it takes a while for it to process food. Meaning it takes a lot of time for me to actually lose weight even though my calorie intake should make it possible to lose about 1 lbs a week. And when I don't see results that soon I get discouraged.. Which i know is stupid because when I've had my bowel movement I'll lose the weight.. but still..


Ehm.. What else.. Oh yeah, my cousin is homophobe.. And I don't get that.. SO I try to not talk about that.. Or religion - because I'm agnostic. And she's very much into religion which makes it hard for me not to say something when she's connected like 3 daily events to something saidin the Koran.. Ugh... To top it all off I don't have my own room to hide in when I need my privacy (to cool off or to stop myself from shouting out my opinions, hahaha..)


It's not really that bad. I've just been obliged to spend a lot of time with her and her brother for the past 4 days so it's been hard not to be able to retreat. But I'll live :)



I'm trying to control my portions and eating more often during the day. So no skipping meals and a lot more healthy stuff in the fridge.

Okay, I'll go read up on your introductions now.
