My goal for the month of May is to eat clean for the entire month. That means sticking to the diet to give my body a real chance to detox from all the junk.

My goals for the upcoming month are to do the P90x program and continue to do the couch to 10k program. Try to stay within in nutrition plan and increase water intake.

Thenora I have new goals also. I want to lose 5 pounds this month and I want to work out at least 3 days a week but I am going to try for 4 to 5. And I want to up my water intake (its an awful number right now)

I'm trying to pig out less and walk more. I want to have lost 6 lbs by January 24th (the day I'm going on vacation). I have lost 3 lbs already and am determined to go all the way. emoticon

I am doing the Boot camp. I am committing myself to the boot camp. I am drinking my water and eating more fruits and veggies. I love veggies but the fruits are another story.

I am starting with running 10 miles/week and am working up to a 10K at the end of March.

I am going to lose 5lbs/month.

I am hoping to get a really strong routine that I can follow throughout the year with workouts and meals. I am tired of the yo yo dieting. I want to feel confident again in my body.
