Like many I have tried many diets. I have done Weight Watxhers with sucess, but I do not want to count points all of my life. At 51 I wanted a plan that I could do well on, that would be a life style change for the better. I discovered Spark People and thought that it makes perfect sense. The tools that are available are great. I love the food tracking.
I have learned that tracking what you eat holds you accountable for the choices that you make. It also allows me to see what foods work well for keeping me on my goal of a 60 lbs. weight loss. I have promised myself that I will never this heavy again. I have made up my mind to stay focused on my goal to lose the weight, keep it off, and maintain a healthy life style.
