HI all, i have been on the program for about three weeks and have been better at this that I have in the past. I have a long term goal and will make it this time. I am turning 50 in April and really want to be smaller. That is it. I have followed the tracking of the food and mark down when I have gone over and realize, tomorrow is another day.
