You have come to the right place. One week in, 8lbs down, I have never felt more motivated. I found it very helpful the first week to go to the message boards and ask questions. I was kinda lost at first. Everyone is very happy to answer and help. Good luck on your journey.

I want to try the Spark way of lifestyle change! I less than half hearted looked at Spark a couple years ago due to a friend's recommendation, but mostly out of curiosity. I definitely need to make some changes in my eating habits and get back to exercising again. I am dealing with fibromyalgia, GERD and IBS. I am a Christian and am blessed with 5 grandchildren all under the age of 8. Lots of fun when we get together! I retired from my profession and closed my business due to health issues. I am an amateur artist and love all kinds of creative things from remodeling to watercolor painting to flower gardening. So here I go with this new start! I confess that I am having some trouble learning to use this site and I may not be very good at keeping up with my stuff. I will give it a try.

I cannot do what I did back then, but I can do more than what I am doing now, so no regrets!
