LIfeHacker (terrific productivity/technology blog) alerted me to SparkPeople about five days ago and here I am, in my third day of 1) tracking all my food; 2) ten minutes of kundalini yoga every day; 3) poking around the site as I gather energy for changing my lifestyle, losing weight that just kept going up and up. I have to approach exercise carefully (age prior injuries), for food consumption I am doing a few days of low carbs --almost Atkins-- as it almost immediately brings to a stop those raging sugar/cookie rampages. Beyond a few days, I'm planning to keep off wheat products entirely, and other refined carbohydrates. I hope it works. The trackers here are terrific, don't stall out my computer.
