My name is Meghan and I am a Registered Dietitian who would like to lose weight and exercise much more! I joined SparkPeople to see what the tool was so I could tell others about it and so far I've really liked it for personal use. I used to keep track of points with Weight Watchers which is a great program and always works, but for me having an online journal is much easier to keep track of. Please feel free to e-mail me.
