Hi! I am new to this site and look forward to getting familiar with it. I am setting small goals to work towards. I don't have a lot of time to workout but I am trying to fit it in my schedule better. I love to take my dog for a walk! I am married and my husband and I both are trying to get more active and get more exercise. Right now he is doing better than I am, which I am going to have to work on. I don't have a lot of time to cook so fast and easy recipes will definitely help me out. So far what I have seen on this site I feel as though this is going to be a very helpful tool to assist me with my weight loss. Good luck to everyone!!!
