I'm excited to try out SparkPeople! I've used a meal and exercise tracker program before, but I like that SP has tons of articles and motivational tips integrated in. My goal is to develop the healthy habits of eating right and exercising. Something that has been particularly challenging is meeting my protein requirements, since I'm vegetarian...so I'd be interested in receiving tasty meal ideas from anyone who has had success with this. I look forward to getting to know the community. See you around!
