Im new to all this and kinda frustrated. Now that i am seeing how many calories everything i eat is. i am changing it but my callories are still coming out high. Im trying to make healthy shakes or smothies and the callories are still high. Im getting frustrated. idk. sorry im kinda a downer hu? well at least im trying.
Im a 28 year old mom that attends school full time and im a sub. I am tiered of feeling so tiered. I am hoping changing my eating will help give me some energy that i so need.
