Welcome to the team, Candice! I know it's hard to start and then feel like you 'messed up' but look at it as a learning experience. Now that you've tracked your food you can see what is causing you to gain weight and learn how to eat better and burn calories to lose it. SP is a great tool and the people on it are wonderfully motivating and supportive. Good luck and I'm sure we'll hear great things from you soon!

So Hi everyone. My name is Candice. I joined yesterday (10/7) at the suggestion of a friend. Well I guess I picked a bad day when I look at my nutrition tracker and what I ate yesterday. All I can say is...OMG and NEVER AGAIN!!! Darn Fast Food!!!!! Anywho...the true purpose of my message was to introduce myself...not to make you think I'm nuts! lol Guess I'm just nervous and anxious. Really wondering if this is going to work. I mean I've tried everything else and I just keep yoyoing. I have seen the messages/stories here though and I'm going to give it/myself a chance. I will probably make some more mistakes at first, but I still hope to loose the 200 lbs within 2 years :) Any advice?
