Hello everyone,

I'm 27 and over the last year and a half or so I have lost from 265 down to as low as 205, and am at around 218 right now.

I jog regularly, and it helps me maintain my weight, but I'm looking to drop down to about 170 or so over the next year.

Here's hoping the resources here help me make it.
