emoticon I know exactly what you mean about needing motivation to get moving, but that is what SP is great for! You can even find little exercise routines that you can do at your desk to build muscle. Good luck and let us know if you have any questions!

Hello all, just wanted to say I'm excited to join the team. I was in the best shape of my life while I was wrestling in High School, but since I went to college and started my career in IT I sit behind a desk and have gained over 100 lbs (and I was already a heavyweight). I can eat healthy but I need to get motivated to work out. I sit at a computer all day and a big part of my life is spent online so I thought this looked like it might be the thing that finally kept me going.
