Hey, I joined spark people because it was so well praise on LifeHacker. I've been trying to lose the weight I gained when I stopped running three years ago (turns out that stopping exercise, while continuing to eat like one is exercising, doesn't work that well). Well, that's the best I can do for an introduction.
