TENACITY is the quality displayed by someone who just won't quit -- who keeps trying until they reach their goal. Anything really worth doing takes persistence, perseverance, and stubborn determination!

Hello !
My name is Gale. I am 52 years old, married, and I must get serious abut losing some weight. I can stick with a program for about two weeks, and then I jump ship; I love to walk, I love to cook, and I sit at a job in front of a computer most of the day which does not allow for weight loss. I have joined Weight Watchers MANY times, but just can't stick with it. I drink a wonderful protein shake which gives me the energy I need, and I have been able to stick with that for over two years. So, I am not hopeless...I can change what I eat. I do have many friends, but only a couple friends who encourage me, but one does not want to lose weight, and the other one is skinny and gone most of the time to her cabin on the lake!! So, I am looking for tips, support and Christian friends who are in the same boat. I can't jump ship any longer....it is time to face the scale and get busy!!! Is anyone out there? Please send a life jacket!
