JMCMULLEN2 - Welcome... you have come to the right place for motivation. Try not to look at the entire amount you want to lose, but rather set mini goals that are more attainable. There are tons of teams for walkers... virtual walking teams, WATP if you have those videos, Couch to 5K which is a fabulous beginning runner program... I completed it earlier this year and the movtivation and feeling of accomplishment you get from it when you are finished with the program is WONDERFUL! There are some emotional eating teams also. Take the time to look around... you'll find all the support you need with the click of the mouse. Best of luck!

Welcome to the team! If you search some of the spark teams, there are many dedicated to women going through menopause, beginning runners and hundreds of other topics! I'm just getting started.I need lots of motivation.I have 40lbs. to loose.I love to eat.Going thru metapause and I am wanting to eat all the time.I 'm not always hungry I just eat.I like to walk. I'm trying to get into running.I need help to stay motivated. Please help.
