Congrats on taking the first step to a healthier YOU! There is a wonderful smoothie lovers team on SP... check it out! I love smoothies as a quick snack or meal replacement! I make them with water, protein powder, flavored low fat yogurt of my choice and some fresh fruit!

Hi,
I am 26 and have been married for four years. No children yet. I am a full time nursing student and with that said, I don't eat healthy meals daily. I am hoping to reach my pre-college weight by Christmas. I would like to learn more about creating healthy smoothies as a meal replacement.
