Hi all! I've been a runner for 10 years. After my it band went whacko 2 years ago, I laid off of running, afraid it would act up. Well, I miss running and all its benefits, so am going to start up. Ran 5 miles over the weekend, and walked 6. So much easier now that it's nice out! I detest the "dreadmill'!
