Hi, I am Pat and I am starting Day 1 on 12/21/14 of the 26 week "marathon you can do it" plan. I hope to run/walk Grandma's Marathon in Duluth on 6/20/15 with co-workers.

My name is Mollee. I've been on Sparkpeople for about four years now but I'm new to Galloway. My father is a trainer and I started running with his group over the summer and I really like it. Last weekend I did a half marathon and my intervals were going great until I got horrible blisters that killed my time but I had a great time. I'm thinking about doing another half in April but I'm worried about training in the winter.
