Yes. 59 is a great age specially if we are healthy and happy getting the 60's.

Hi. I am 59 years old and ready to try this running method again. My sister did the Jeff Galloway program and taught me a lot about his running method. I was running 12 miles and feeling great. However had an accident, not running related, broke my ankle and never went back to running. Now faraway from the US working in an island in the Pacific I want to re start my running. Hope to get to 12 miles again!
