Hello everyone. I am a huge Galloway fan. His running program truly changed my life. I have always loved running, but I could never get past a 2 mi wall and felt like a failure. Now with his walk/run program, I am up to 5 mi (supposed to do 6 this weekend) and plan on running a 1/2 Marathon Dec 1. I was walk/running before but only because I was exhausted, felt terrible and couldn't go on without stopping and walking. Now I start walking early on and alternating walking with running and feel exhilarated when I run! Huge difference! Now I feel like a runner instead of a wanna be runner. Glad to be here and look forward to getting to know you all. Best wishes.
