Wanted to introduce myself...
I've been getting back into running over the last 3 or 4 months. I run 3 days/week and walk 3 days/week. I've hit the point now that I really look forward to my runs.

In 2004 I ran the Disney marathon using the Galloway training plan so I know it really works.

My first race in probably 8 years will be the Nebraska State Fair 5K.
