Jeff recommends running 3 times per week. Hope you can fit it into your schedule.

You posted in a fine place. Running more than once a week is really helpful to increasing your fitness. Most people like a minimum if 3 times a week. I'm not a gym member either.

A great place to stop by and share your runs is the daily check in thread.

Hi my name is Mary and I started running a few months ago. I haven't run any races or anything and I only run as a way of keeping fit and keeping my weight down. I lost 2 stone with weightwatchers last year . I have tried different exercise things like keep fit DVDs etc and I have a wii but I am really enjoying going out for a run. I don't have a lot of spare cash and feel a gymn is An expense I can't really afford right now. So I decided to give jeff Galloway training a go. Sometimes I only run once in a week and I am going to really try and increase that. I will try and post how I get on but not sure if that should be on a different forum?actually I meant to put this on the introduce yourself to the team forum and I think I may have done it wrong sorry maybe I should just stick to reading .
