Hi, I was a part of this team when it frist started, but for different reasons ended up leaving SP for a season and stopping running...I am back to both now and training for a 5k in Dec...several 5k and a 10k leading up to a half in june. I am trying to use Galloway method as I break back in and just looking for a place to plug in and get support as I train....need motivation as the miles begin to incraese....
