welcome and here's to helping you meet your goals. and if it is a butt kicking you need, we are just the team to help there too! hope you knee heals up fast and strecthing is important, I do yoga 3 times a week and with my running and biking and strength training and swimming, well I need it. I am 52 years old and the old body feels it after a hard work out.

Greetings from the South.

I am a 37 year old from Alabama. Two sedentary jobs and a new masters degree mean that the last two years have been terrible on my body. I had lost about 50 lbs four years ago after having major problems with reflux and having surgery. Now, I've gained almost all of it back. I'm tired of yo-yo dieting, and I'm ready to change my lifestyle.

I started the C25K program about three weeks ago, but managed to mess up my knee during week one. In hindsight, maybe stretching *is* important. I am now re-hab'ing my knee, but I haven't stopped working to change my habits.

I need some friends that will kick my butt when I'm being lazy, and offer encouragement when I need it.
