I am new to Spark People and was beginning to worry when all I saw in post after post and blog after blog that were all from women. Not that I am against women at all LOL. I just think men and women have different issues with weight loss.
My name is Mark, 42yrs old 5'8 and 203lbs. Yes I have crossed over in the the land of the Terrible 2's as I call it. According to the site I am about 53lbs overweight. Which I desperately need to lose due to health issues like High Blood Pressure and Osteo-Arthritis. I started 4 days ago and I like the changes I see already with the amount of water I have been drinking daily and the smaller portions I have been eating at meal times.
