4 Noble Truths

1. Suffering is a part of life
2. Suffering is caused by our attachments and avoidances.
3. Suffering can be ended.
4. Freedom from suffering is possible by following the Eightfold path.

I'm 6'1" and want to be a "bag of bones" holding a protein shake, so 190lbs would do me just fine....

Welcome. If anybody has earned some extra food it's fire fighters!

Don't get worked up about BMI. For people who are healthy and active it's a crock. I am NOT a professional bodybuilder, but I don't look like some emaciated Ethiopian marathon runner either. My BMI says that I'm overweight. So what.

People have different feelings about BMI. I know that when mine was in the obese range I looked and felt obese, ditto in the overweight range. Now I'm in the healthy weight range I look and feel healthy. The 'range' part of BMI allows for different body types. Unless you're an extreme case (e.g. pro bodybuilder) your BMI does say something about you.
all the best with your Spark efforts,
A
