Welcome,

My first time around, I was just like you. I got the results I worked for. very little.

This time around, I've been working hard on the whole package. Tracking calories, tracking exercise and reading the information on the web site. I would strongly encourage you to start at the beginning with setting up the goals found on the start page.

Religiously log your food intake to get your portions under control. Also log your exercise--you are exercising, right? It's needed for SparkPeople to work, otherwise you're just logging numbers for fun.

Have been on and off Spark...never participated in anything just track calories sometimes. Not sure how all this works. I need some motivation.
