Then go to MyNutrition to see it, see the meal plans it works out for you (optional) and to track the food you eat.
MyFitness is where you calculate and track your calorie expenditure (on exercise). Note that if you change your exercise program your nutrition goals will automatically be adjusted.

Hey Guys,

After being totally inundated with informatio overload from this site, I simply want to know where I can calculate based on my height and weight how many calories I SHOULD be eating to maintain and then how to calculate a realistic deficit in order to safely lose 2-3 lbs. a week. Thanks! emoticon
