Welcome to the Team! I'm glad you're here!

I've learnt in program that I cannot quit. By myself, I am powerless over food, bingeing, and restricting my food. But with my Higher Power, I can do it!

May you seek your Higher Power now!

[some of the symptoms you describe sound like my sister's before they figured out she had super-low Vitamin B12 and had pernicious anemia. Perhaps something to consider asking the docs about? Apparently, North American "normal limits" of Vitamin B12 are very low compared to European and Asian levels.]

What if we woke up tomorrow with only those things that we thanked God for today?

Hey I'm a 30 year old stay at home mom and retail associate. I've had issues with food and weight and health my whole life. I always hid it very well from my friends but was hospitalized for anorexia by the time I was about 19. I went from binging to anorexic and back for a few years after that. I have had a chronic health issue going on since I was 16 that the doctors can't really figure out. They are thinking fibromyalgia so I get really weak and dizzy and exhausted alot, and it comes and goes for years. It sounds not terrible but my interests have mainly been sports and dancing and then I will go through a couple of years at a time where I get weak. These last two years have been worse than ever and I spent almost 7 months having difficulty leaving the house because of dizziness and fatigue. As part of my depression at missing my athleticism I guess I became an emotional eater and now I can't stop. I try but it just always seems more important to feel better. I tell myself there is time to diet later... I really don't want to be like this anymore I'm just not sure how to quit..
