That's certainly a great "target"! STOP the gain...MAINTAIN... Then work on losing! -- Pretty much the spot I'm currently working on as well.

Thanks for the suggestions. Working on maintaining til after Christmas. Everyone bringing snacks, cookies to work. After Christmas working on losing. Bought new Leslie Sansone video with toning. She is my favorite workouts. Everyone have a Merry Christmas!

You are very right in your thinking about wanting to get a good amount of fiber! -- And I'm "on your page" having just turned 56 this month. Here is a couple of links with information:

I'm going to go have some raspberries right now! emoticon But other than berries & apples / pears (with peels), IMO your best nutrition "bang" for your eating is truly in all things veggies! -- Not everyone has a gut that tolerates beans. Nevertheless, lentils, split peas, and barley may work for some!

Welcome to the team. Good luck with your goals.

For fiber, I eat lots of fruit, should eat more veggies but don't.
Also I have made some oatmeal & ground flax seed breakfast bars w/ dried berries and fruit and honey to hold it together.

Slowly and surely wins the race.

First week went good. Still struggling to stay in calories rang and get enough fiber. I recently lost 20 lbs in weight watchers, but wanted to try something different. Appreciate any support and help. I turn 55 this month and dont' want to gain back what I lost. As I get older it is of course more of a struggle. Any suggestions for getting more fiber?
