I'm new to the team thanks for having me.

here's a little bit about me:

I'm a 51 year old happily married to Ian and mother of two adult children. I have scoliosis of the spine and suffer from osteoarthritis of the hips. I live in Brisbane Australia. I manage my hip osteoarthritis naturally. I was told 5 years ago by doctors and specialists I needed 2 hip replacements and I was having none of that.

I'm from Brisbane in Australia.

I currently weigh-in at 57.4 kilo's. I'm aiming to not go over 58 kilo's and to eat clean most or all of the time.

I weigh in weekly on a Monday.

I love to live a simplistic, natural, healthy & holistic lifestyle. I don't take any medications at all only natural Health supplements.

I have many interests some of which include: Sewing / Quilting, Gardening, Candles, Essential Oils, Computers, Reading, Intermittent Fasting, Food Combining, Qi-Gong / Tai Chi, natural health and natural health remedies.

My Goals:

To eat clean most or all of the time.
To live a simplistic and healthy lifestyle.
To not let myself get over 59 kilo's in weight. Prefering to stay somewhere between 55-57 kilo's

My Program:

* Tracking food 5 days per week I use the nutrition tracker not so much to keep to a certain calorie range but more so for being able to run the nutrition feedback at the end of the day. I find if the nutrition tracker is set up correctly to check everything, it can give a good idea health wise where you are at and if you are getting all your daily required nutrients.

* Food Combining - when and where possible

* Minimal Alcohol on special occasions only

* Follow a more Flexitarian eating plan

* Follow the Leptin plan 5 rules where possible

* Eat right according to my Blood Type and Geno Type

* Eat organically and or homegrown when and where possible

* Drinking 7 cups of water daily

* Get between 7-8 hours sleep each night.

I hate the word diet and prefer to say Eating Plan/s as I'm never on a diet just aiming to eat clean and healthy.
