Good Morning..and if you read this right after I write this you will question my "morning" part...I live in Australia, so though it is Tuesday evening to most of you it is Wednesday morning to me..
I have been a part of Sparkpeople on and off for many years. When I first moved to Oz it was a lifesaver. I lost 40 pounds with the help of this sight..the tracking was such a huge part of my daily regiment and it really helped.
Since then I have gained and lost and gained again. I have participated in various challenges in gyms and online and sometimes do great, some times lose interest.
On a recent trip home to America(South Carolina) I did gain weight..on my return I continued to gain weight and about a month ago I was ready to get my mind back in the game whole heartedly and knew SP was the place to start.
So far so good..I am also a part of an online program with a PT that was part of the Biggest Loser (over here) and love it. So between that and here I plan to lose about 30 more pounds (I have lost 9 to date).
