Thank you all :)

This week I am focusing on just adding in fruits and veggies. I know adding extra sugar (just a bit) or butter (smart balance) is not the optimum way to eat but I figure getting the fruits and veggies in somehow is more important. Hopefully by summer my taste buds will improve lol looking forward to some nice fresh fruit that tastes like it should. Nectarines are my favorite!

Welcome back. May you find many healthy ideas here. It is a wonderful place to learn so many things

At goal but still would like to lose at least 7 more..

HI

Thought I would introduce myself. I am 50+ years old and I currently live in La. I joined sparkpeople years ago, but have just started using it again. Almost 11 months ago I had a bone marrow transplant after a few months of Chemo, and lost quite a bit of weight. My Dr wanted me to gain some back which I have, but now its time to lose 10 pounds and eat healthier.

I am not doing too much at the moment since I broke my arm after thanksgiving and it is still healing, but am trying to to find ways to eat more veggies and fruits (since chemo my taste buds are just not quite right LOL) and cut out the junk food.
