I am now closely monitoring my food intake, and slowly working more exercise into my day.

Oh yes, I had so many cravings and they were all the things I do not need. Had to work at keeping my eating on track

I just started up again 6 days ago. I'm 54 years old and aim to lose about 20 to 25 pounds. Is it normal to feel hungry all of the time when your going through the change of life.
