Hi been on Spark for 8 years.. have found much balance in changing my lifestyle ... I have lowered my cholesterol through diet and exercise (no meds), I am maintaining my thyroid and my kidney disease, as well as back health. Looking to find support from ladies my age trying to lose and maintain weight loss.
