Hi everone,

I'm new to the team and looking for some community encouragement to keep me on track. Been at this all my life. Just turned 50 this year. I'm an avid cyclist, completing my first century ride last year. Want to train for a half marathon too. I had hoped that keeping active would melt off the lbs but this is not the case. Still looking for that right combo of diet and fitness. Need to loose 30-40 lbs. Thanks for having me on the team.
