Welcome back! I keep hearing that statement. I know that when I lose my weight that I am going to have to stay on this site and continue to count calories always. It is a good reminder to all of us that you can't stop doing whatever it is that you did to lose it or you'll gain it back. You have done it before so you know you will do it again! I'm rooting for you!

I've been a member of SparkPeople for a long time. When I'm on it I lose and when I'm not, I don't. SO, I'm determined to make 2016 my year of The SPARK. I'd like to hit my goal weight by December 31...one step at a time.

You get credit for what you finish, not what you start.
