Look for buddies around your age and those who need to lose 100 lbs to motivate each other..check out the teams that say 100+ lbs and join them--you will find others in similar situations....also check out the success stories and find those who are 50+ and lost 100 lbs or more--friends with them--they can advise you or support you, etc...if they can do it, you can... :)

SparkPeople is the best--check out articles and use their nutrition/fitness trackers...

Well Sparks is where to start. So much support and so much knowledge. There is the food tracker and you will find a small twice in selection will make a big difference. There are recipes and information on nutrition. Exercise, etc. Ther is no limit to the knowledge on this site

I need motivation so bad - I need to lose about 100 lbs and it is such a large number - sometimes overwhelming - I know to do it in small doses - Since I am the only one in my family that is overweight sometimes I just don't know when to start
